Please note that if you wish to cancel an order you should contact our team as soon as possible at onthehoisttires@gmail.com. Once an order has been processed, the customer is responsible for the charges associated with the return as noted in the return policy. If you receive a damaged or defective product or if it differs from the description, we will replace the item at no cost to you. However, please note that mounted, installed, or used products cannot be returned or exchanged. If you need to return an item, it must be in its original packaging and returned within 30 days. Please note that the customer is responsible for all return shipping charges and a 25% restocking fee will be applied. All returns will be inspected and if the item is used or damaged, it will not be accepted for return and may be returned to the customer at the customer's expense. If we are unable to fulfill the order your payment method will be refunded or we may be able to offer another similar product and will contact you regarding your options.
